Web Site Account Information (Welcome Email)
This contains your web site account details, and all information you need to get started. Please review this email very closely.
Set up your email ››
Among the first things you might want to do is have the capability to receive email through your domain name. Please note, email only works once your domain has fully resolved to your web site.
Log onto your web site control panel and add email accounts from "Email Management". You may use our tutorials to guide you through this.
Once you have done this, you can configure your email client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook) to download email directly from your web site. You can configure this easily by clicking on "Outlook (Express) AutoConfig".
You'll also have the option of accessing your email from a web browser wherever you have an internet connection.

Configure your file transfer client ››
FTP is the most popular file trasfer method that you'll use to upload files to your server. We recommend WS_FTP. You can get download links and tutorials on how to use FTP here.
In your welcome email we also send you your FTP login details. Please review this email carefully as it contains all the details you need.
Your control panel also comes with it's own file transfer. Just click on "Site Management" then "File Manager" to access this. This tutorial will guide you through it.
